We've had a death in the family, and I'm also in the middle of a job search, so my time to work on blogging has been somewhat limited this past couple of weeks. But I should be back up and running with recipes and such again this weekend.

By the way, dahlink, I got the receptionist at my office to try out the baked beans with elk shortribs. She was surprised since she had just taken elk out of the freezer. She wanted to pass her compliments on to you and let you know that it is diabetic approved as well!
